Meet Andy

I have been working in the real estate industry since 2010. As an owner and Director of Mint Real Estate, I have managed to grow the business exponentially during this time, consistently being recognised by REIWA as one of WA’s top small agencies.

My aim when getting into the real estate business was to nurture an authentic and genuine team of people working collaboratively in all they do, which makes Mint Real Estate stand out in this crowded space. A space where promises are easily made, but just as easily forgotten.. Not at MINT.

I am known for being a straight-talking, down-to-earth person with a tenacious work ethic, which ensures I always get the best possible outcome for my clients. I and my team have successfully sold, leased and managed thousands of properties in the local area and its surrounds.

Prior to real estate, I was the sales and marketing director for iiNet (internet company) and many other Telecoms companies throughout Europe. I spent 17 years in the IT&T industry and it was here that I honed my excellent (if I say so myself) negotiating skills and moreover the importance of great customer service.

The community we serve is fantastic and I am always looking at how we can best support the various communities we operate in, whether that be running a sausage sizzle on George Street at Halloween, Santa Clause visiting the kids at Christmas or just donating time and money to local charities, the team is always looking at how we can support our community.

In my spare time I love to keep fit and spend time in nature and with my family. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of real estate and immersing myself in remote parts of Australia and the world is my antidote to a very busy and demanding career.
